Put the game on pause then Alt+Tab out of the game then open CE and load the BL2.exe running process from the computer looking icon near the top left. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1. I personally use the TechnoJacker table and this how-to will be based off of it, but there are many more to choose from also. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process. After that head over to their Tables forums and find a Table that will give you what your interested in. Go to the Cheat Engine website and download their program. Some of these things can also be done in the Gibbed editor, some cases even better and vice versa, but when used together it's an awesome combo.
